Migrating Reporting Server Databases

This section contains procedures to migrate your Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Reporting Server database by updating the schema for one of the following versions:

• From 8.1.7 to 8.5.0
• From 8.5.0 to 8.5.1

Notes: No migration or upgrade is required, because the database schema did not change from 8.1.7 to 8.5.x. Find procedures for migrating to earlier versions of GVP in the chapter "Migration Procedures for GVP 8.x" of the Genesys Migration Guide.
