What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Support for Genesys Administrator Extension (GAX) 9.0.100.xx or later. See the Prerequisites section on the Supported Operating Environment: eServices page for more detailed information and a list of all prerequisites. (KM-4832)
- Support for OpenJDK 11. See the Prerequisites section on the Supported Operating Environment: eServices page for more detailed information and a list of all prerequisites. (KM-4705)
- Administrators can now select the default Language business attribute to be used for Notifications. Language attribute can also be changed by modifying the JSON structure. (KM-4854, KM-4807)
