Product Advisory

The purge functionality in all Interaction Concentrator versions earlier than 8.1.514.36 use a fixed end date limit of 1/31/2020. This issue is corrected in release 8.1.415.36. now has an extended end date limit, ensuring that purging continues to work correctly. Previously, the purge functionality .

NOTE: All Interaction Concentrator are affected. If you cannot upgrade to release 8.1.514.36, contact Customer Care for assistance.
