Test IWD provisioning

First question - this does not sound like a customer task. If this is for PS, then it shouldn't appear in customer-facing docs.

  1. Create an interaction with this curl command (pls supply) that will set the workitem's activation time to three minutes in the future.
  2. Check that the interaction appears in real time reporting (how do we do that?)
  3. Check that the interaction appears in iWD Manager.
  4. Login workspace employee #1 with this skill profile. (Which skill profile?)
  5. Login employee #2 with this skill profile. (Which skill profile?)
  6. Make employee #1 ready.
  7. Three minutes after receipt, the workitem will be routed to employee #1.
  8. Answer the workitem. (What does "answer" mean in this context?)
  9. Transfer the workitem to queue 2. (first mention of queues - pls expand).
  10. Disposition the workitem.
  11. View transfer in real time reporting. (Where do we do that?)
  12. Answer the workitem with queue 2. (What does "answer" mean in this context?)
  13. Disposition the workitem.
  14. Wait for 15 minutes.
  15. Check that the interaction appears in the historical dashboard. (Where is this?)
