This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
An error no longer appears when the Content Browser attempts to load a relatively large list of interactions. (PRSM-26398)
When creating/editing a Category Distribution report the Context menu appears when you right-click a category in the Category list. Previously, the Context menu did not appear. (PRSM-26163, PRSM-26087)
When a form includes a question/group that was assigned a weight with two digits after the decimal point, the form can now be activated. (PRSM-26164, PRSM-25860)
Topics with a high confidence level are highlighted in the interaction transcription. Previously, not all of the topics with a high confidence level were highlighted in the interaction transcription. (PRSM-25931)
When working with a Portuguese Brazil (pt-BR) system reports are now created when the globalDateTimeFormat is hh:mm tt. (PRSM-25912)
When creating an Evaluation Session the filter options are now located in the correct location on the screen. (PRSM-25859)
When data is processed through Fetcher, the metadata field names are no longer converted to lowercase. (PRSM-26238)
When a user logs into SMConfig, the ConfigServer table is now updated with accurate information, when the Authentication field in the SM Config Login window is left empty. Previously, this empty field resulted in inaccurate information in the ConfigServer table. (PRSM-26223)
The Canadian French translation in the Saved Reports screen for the Last Modified and Permalink fields is now correct. (PRSM-26165)
When working with Chrome, the Last Updated field in the Monitor System tool is now displayed correctly. Previously, the Last Updated field appeared larger than it should. (PRSM-25885)
When playing an interaction the Media Player now displays event icons. Previously, event icons were not displayed for some of the interactions. (PRSM-25650, PRSM-26412)
