Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The Content Browser now loads a relatively large list of interactions without generating an error. (PRSM-26398, PRSM-25808)
When you create/edit a Category Distribution report, the Context menu now appears as expected when you right-click a category in the Category list. Previously, the Context menu did not appear. (PRSM-26163, PRSM-26087)
When a form includes a question/group that was assigned a weight with two digits after the decimal point, the form can now be activated. (PRSM-26164, PRSM-25860)
All topics with a high confidence level are now highlighted in the interaction transcription. Previously, not all such topics were highlighted. (PRSM-25931)
Reports are now created correctly in a Portuguese Brazil (pt-BR) system when the globalDateTimeFormat is hh:mm tt. (PRSM-25912)
When you create an Evaluation Session, the filter options are now located correctly on the screen. (PRSM-25859)
When data is processed through Fetcher, the metadata field names are no longer converted to lower case. (PRSM-26238)
The ConfigServer table is now updated with accurate information when a user logs into SMConfig and the Authentication field in the SM Config Login window is left empty. Previously, this empty field resulted in inaccurate information in the ConfigServer table. (PRSM-26223)
The French Canadian translation in the Saved Reports screen for the Last Modified and Permalink fields is now correct. (PRSM-26165)
The French Canadian Genesys Interaction Analytics system no longer contains language and grammatical errors. (PRSM-25822)
In Chrome sessions, the Last Updated field in the Monitor System tool is now displayed correctly. Previously, this field appeared larger than it should. (PRSM-25885, PRSM-26246, PRSM-26411)
When playing an interaction, the Media Player now displays event icons. Previously, event icons were not displayed for some of the interactions. (PRSM-25650, PRSM-26412)
Measures have been taken to improve the prevention of potential security threats to the web application. (PRSM-26218)
When creating/editing an Ad-Hoc Evaluation, you can now select Required Forms. Previously, the Required Forms were not available. (PRSM-26245, PRSM-26410)
When an Ad-Hoc evaluation is created, the server no longer receives the complete metadata set for each interaction. Previously, the server receives the complete metadata set for each interaction. (PRSM-26225)
Non-segmented interactions can now be exported from Speechminer UI. Previously, they could not be exported. (PRSM-26382)
When you create/edit an Evaluation Summary Report, the Name column now displays the full evaluator name. (PRSM-26181)
Business alert emails can now be sent with issues to recipients who are Genesys users. (PRSM-26341, PRSM-26254)
The Interaction Time column in the exported QM Session spreadsheet now contains the Local time. Previously, this column contained the UTC time.(PRSM-26355, PRSM-26237)
