What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- New configuration option mm-agent-logout-optimization is added in the [statserver] section to efficiently process multiple concurrent logouts of multimedia agents. (SS-8990)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Previously Stat Server CPU consumption could grow linearly with the increase of the number of concurrent multi-media actions (e.g. InteractionWait) registered on an object of type Tenant. As a result Stat Server could reach 100% CPU in a certain time span and become unresponsive. This problem could occur in large multi-media environments where option subscribe-for-all-ixn-server-events is set to yes. Now Stat Server CPU consumption doesn't have linear dependency on the number of concurrent actions on Tenant object and Stat Server can provide service continuously in the described conditions. (SS-9086)
If new logical option *mm-agent-logout-optimization* set to *yes* multimedia agent logout (and partially login) optimized to speedup logout process. Measured performance show 3x faster, actual performance depends on CPU and should be more notable on slower one. No option setting keep backward compatibility.
