Resolved Issues

Stat Server no longer becomes unresponsive when of the number of concurrent multimedia actions (for example, InteractionWait) registered on the Tenant object is increasing. Previously, in a large multimedia environment with the subscribe-for-all-ixn-server-events option set to yes and the number of concurrent multimedia actions on Tenant is increasing, Stat Server could become unresponsive due to 100% CPU consumption. (SS-9086)
Stat Server performance to log out multimedia agent has been improved. With the mm-agent-logout-optimization option set to true, multimedia agents logout process speeds up. Default value false provides backward compatibility. (SS-8990)
