Default Value: 200
Valid Values: A number between 1 and 500 inclusive.
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart

This parameter specifies the maximum number of GRPC client worker threads that would be created for ASR. If more threads are required by additional GRPC/GSR sessions, those GRPC sessions will fail.
