Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The Agent typing indicator now correctly appears in IE11 and Edge browsers. Previously, the typing indicator in the UI was slightly obscured. (CXW-53)
The Agent typing indicator is now functioning properly in WebChat according to the TypingStarted and TypingStopped events. Previously, both events were sent at the same time from Workspace Desktop Edition and resulted in delayed or incorrect event messages. (CXW-51)
In the WebChat transcript, auto scrolling to the beginning of the new RichMedia message now correctly occurs. Previously, it auto scrolled to the end of the new RichMedia message, resulting in the user manually scrolling up to see the beginning of the new message. (CXW-40)
An active WebChat now correctly resumes across multiple browser tabs. Previously, a new chat could be started from a second tab with an active chat in the first tab. (CXW-38)
In WebChat, markdown processing is now applied only to non-customer messages. Previously, markdown processing was applied to all messages. (CXW-37)
