Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The Agent typing indicator now correctly appears in Internet Explorer 11 and Edge browsers. Previously, the typing indicator in the UI was slightly obscured. (CXW-53)
The Agent typing indicator in WebChat now functions correctly in accordance with the TypingStarted and TypingStopped events. Previously, both events were sent at the same time from Workspace Desktop Edition and resulted in delayed or incorrect event messages. (CXW-51)
In WebChat transcripts, automatic scrolling to the beginning of the new Rich Media message now functions correctly. Previously, the area of focus automatically scrolled to the end of the new Rich Media message, requiring the user to manually scroll up to see the beginning of the new message. (CXW-40)
An active WebChat now correctly resumes across multiple browser tabs. Previously, attempting to resume a chat in a different tab sometimes resulted in a new chat being started. (CXW-38)
In WebChat, markdown processing is now applied only to noncustomer messages. Previously, markdown processing was applied to all messages. (CXW-37)
