Known Issues and Recommendations

CX Contact

The Known Issues and Recommendations section is a cumulative list for all 9.0.x releases of CX Contact. This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product. It includes information on when individual items were found and, if applicable, corrected. The Resolved Issues section for each release describes the corrections and may list additional issues that were corrected without first being documented as Known Issues.

Errors no longer occur when creating Selection Rules (contact and advanced types) and queries created using Visual Editor now work as expected.

When you upload a file and use Flush and Append to split the file into 3 existing lists and one of the three lists does not contain a record targeted for that specific list, the list is now flushed to 0 records.

A Caller ID is now displayed for each list associated with an uploaded file that was split into multiple Contact Lists.

The Global Time in the Analytics > User Actions Dashboard > Audit Panel is now synchronized with the Dashboard Time Picker range.
