Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The issue that prevented mapping of [custom task attributes |https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/IWD/9.0.0/Dep/iWDTaskAttribandIXProperties] configured with the use of uppercase characters to iWD DM table columns has been fixed. From now on custom attribute name can contain both lowercase and uppercase characters. (IWD-9535)
Capture_id column size has been extended from 64 to 256 characters in the following iWD DM tables "i_task_event_fact", "h_task_event_fact", "i_task_fact", "h_task_fact", "i_task_work_fact", "h_task_work_fact". (IWD-9512)
