Interaction Server
The Known Issues and Recommendations section is a cumulative list for all 9.0.x releases of Interaction Server. This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product. It includes information on when individual items were found and, if applicable, corrected. The Resolved Issues section for each release describes the corrections and may list additional issues that were corrected without first being documented as Known Issues.

In rare cases, Interaction Server behaves incorrectly when an agent does not answer on routing-based conference invitation.

The routing-related health counters that were introduced in the 8.5.201.05 release are available via ping events and REST web interfaces, but not via webservice/SOAP requests.

On non-Windows platforms, the Web Service Capture Point works correctly only if you use UTF-8 as the codepage for Interaction Server. If you use any other codepage, the data received from the Web Service Capture Point might be corrupted.

When a client sends RequestStopProcessing to Interaction Server while the Interaction Server database is unavailable, Interaction Server does not send a request to delete this interaction from the database after the database becomes available again. At the same time in this situation Interaction Server sends EventAck to the client.
