What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Internally used JQuery version was updated to 3.5.1 by security reasons. (CB-7563)
• "Static resources behind authentication" switched on as default resource synchronization as most reliable resource synchronization feature. To use previous way it required to set "enableStaticResourceService = false" in Co-browse part of widgets instrumentation where full object path is "window._genesys.cobrowse". (CB-7558)

• Support for Windows Server 2019 and Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2019. See the Genesys Co-browse page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems. (CB-7557)
• Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8. See the Genesys Co-browse page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems. (CB-7522)
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 is no longer supported. (CB-7521)

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

During libraries update for security reasons Co-browse lost its ability to handle allowedOrigins with wildcard. Updated Jetty CrossOrigin filter behavior was adjusted to support domains with wildcard. (CB-7582)
