Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
[IX version]: The Available Agents tree of the Reports Scheduler task creation wizard no longer displays an error when *the user attempted to load agent’s information by* expanding or selecting a team’s node.
The Available Agents tree of the Reports Scheduler task creation wizard is updated to load agent information without errors when expanding or checking a team node. Previously, an error would occur when users tried to expand or check a team node. (WFM-36681)
WFM Web no longer adds new Calendar Items to agents unless they are selected by the provided filter. Previously, in some cases, calendar items could be added to unselected agents after the 'Review calendar messages' dialog if some items were added before the dialog and the filter was implicitly extended. (WFM-36642)
WFM Web no longer generates a new one-time report if the report has been removed from the destination folder. Previously, WFM Web generated a scheduled one-time report if it was not in the destination folder and no more than 30 minutes had passed. (WFM-35458)
