Interaction Server will not unexpectedly terminate anymore on getting incoming XML message for capture point that contains text data field longer than 4000 symbols with new lines or escaped symbols.

In some cases IXN can unexpectedly terminate. It can happen if incoming XML message for capture point contains text data field longer than 4000 symbols with new lines or escaped symbols. (IXN-7722)
