Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Genesys Info Mart migration job now updates END_TS columns for active records from 2025-12-31T23:45:00 to 2037-12-31T23:45:00 in all related fact tables. Previously, migration job updated these columns only in configuration fact tables. This leads to different issues where END_TS was 2025-12-31T23:45:00 but active ACTIVE_FLAG was set to 0.
Rollback: in addition to standard rollback procedure, you should execute rollback-2037-to-2025.sql script from the GIM installation folder corresponding to your DBMS.
To update DB that customer uses to consume GIM export data, you should run update-2025-to-2037.sql script from the GIM installation folder corresponding to your DBMS. (GIM-14884)
