Historical Reporting
All ICON and Genesys Info Mart functionality is supported in SIP Cluster, but certain data is no longer reported or is reported differently because the underlying objects are no longer configured in the Configuration Layer.
For example, ICON:
- Does not report a DBID for DNs.
- Does not report LoginIDs.
- Generates PartyIDs differently.
The resulting changes in DN and Agent data in IDB are reflected in Genesys Info Mart data. For example, Genesys Info Mart:
- Identifies nonconfigured resources differently.
- Depending on configuration of non-Cluster-related resources, might show some empty views.
For more information, see Historical Reporting Deployment Considerations.
