Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Installing the GVP Reporting plugin for GAX now correctly saves configuration objects that use time input fields—such as Statistical Days, Calling lists, Treatments, Time Zones, Routing Parameters and Objective Tables. Previously, installing the plugin did not save some of these objects. (GVP-22982)
The Call Peaks report no longer fails to be generated, in the operational report tab, when two Reporting Servers are connected to the GAX application. The report is generated correctly from one Reporting Server at a time. (GVP-22978)
Call Details accessed by clicking on the GVP-GUID or the Session ID are no longer empty, even when no Components or IVR Profiles or Tenants are provided for a Call Browser report. (GVP-22977)
The GVP Reporting Plugin no longer fails to locate some resources when the default root URL, gax/ in gax.properties, has been overwritten. (GVP-22958)
After an inactivity log out or selection of a new menu option, the existing Dashboard selections no longer disappear. (GVP-22156)
Upgrade Notes
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.151.23.
