New Record Attribute for VXML <log> tag

IVR-Recording feature Description: To summarize, MCP needs to handle the following new activities: 1) Read the recording parameters from the INVITE header; 2) Handle the new <log> destination “record” and its commands; 3) Start, pause, resume and stop the recording; 4) Post the recorded files according to GIR requisites; 5) Generate an alarm every time the record didn’t start for whatever reason; 6) Maintain a session variable with the recording state (called Record.Status); See HLA for details: https://intranet.genesys.com/pages/viewpage.action?title=HLA+-+IVR+Recording&spaceKey=RP
