Users and User Authentication
New section
This section describes how Genesys Intelligent Automation ensures that only authorized users access Intelligent Automation environment specifically, and the Genesys software environment generally. In this case, the term authorized means not only that the user is authenticated and has the right permissions (known commonly as Read, Write, Execute, and so on), but also has the right privileges (add, create, modify, and so on) for access to specific entities.

Users
Users created in Intelligent Automation are not subject to any external authentication engines, such as Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or Remote Authentication Dial In User Service (RADIUS).
