The sampling rate that is officially supported for audio is 8000 Hz and
video is 90000 Hz. Some media files may indicate a different sampling rate
than what supported and trying to play those files may result in bad media
quality. If this parameter is set to Enable, media files indicating any sampling
rate other than officially supported will not be played. If this parameter
is set to Disable, media files indicating any sampling rate other than supported
will still be attempted to play by MCP but without guarantee
quality.
