Valid Values: Must be an integer of value equal to 0 to indicate no limit, or any value greater or equal to 1 to impose a limit.
Changes Take Effect: Immediately
Specifies the number of HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) segment fetching errors allowed to happen consecutively before
giving up the fetching process. If the value is equal to 0, than MCP will try to fetch the segments until there are
segments to be fetched, or until there is still content in the buffer to be played.
