Valid Values: A number between 10 and 3000 inclusive.
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart
Specifies the connection timer bucket depth and applies to TCP transport only. Setting this parameter to a higher value increases
the initial memory usage but prevents run-time memory allocation at high load and thus enhancing performance and stabilizing memory
at a lower mark.
For performance reasons the default for this section is set to the maximum value of 3000 allowed.
