Valid Values: A valid percentage must be in the range 0-100 inclusive
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart
Specifies the minimum portion (in percentage) that ringback signal must be
detected from a signal to consider the signal as a ringback. This configuration
applies only to any ringback detection and "Ontime preconnect tone matching
percentage" should be used instead for any preconn tone detection.
