Exporting and importing capabilities of Privacy Manager Plug-in for GAX are limited to 2000 tests.

Items (RegEx and Rules) cannot have an empty Description field after the items have been updated. In addition, import cannot be done if any item has empty Description options.
Workaround: All items should have Description.
