This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Improvements in ESP request handling:
- Introduced new parameter async-idle-reset in request ConfigureSession that resets async idle timers. (CHAT-3510)

Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
During an attempt to restore the chat session, the final transcript in UCS is now only ever overwritten by the previous incomplete and intermediate transcript when the Cassandra deployment is in High Availability mode and when the configuration option leave-transcript is set with the value true. (CHAT-3524)
Chat Server no longer automatically updates UCS with the final transcript content or mark the interaction as offline. In order to save an intermediate transcript, you can only do so when Cassandra deployment is in High Availability mode and when the configuration option transcript-save-on-error is set with the value close. (CHAT-3495)
