Specifies the name of the Interaction Queue that is used by the 'routing based' feature for Chat. The following attached data are added by Interaction Worskpace: IW_RoutingBasedOriginalEmployeeId,IW_RoutingBasedTargetId,IW_RoutingBasedTargetType,IW_RoutingBasedRequestType.

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

Updates to the workflow

  • Workflow now provides a demonstration on how to use the PlaceOnHold ESP method (provided in option async-chat-main-strategy), which allows the interaction to be placed on hold from the workflow. (CHAT-3628)
  • Workflow now provides a demonstration on how to handle a conference, a transfer, and a consult through agent selection by the workflow (in other words, through the queue, skills, or agent group routing) by using options async-chat-x-intercom-queue and async-chat-x-intercom-strategy.
    Notes:
    • In Workspace Desktop Edition, this applies to the configuration of the intercommunication.chat.queue option.
    • For messaging channels, only the conference and transfer functionalities are available.
    • For messaging channels, the options intercommunication.whatsappsession.queue and intercommunication.applebcsession.queue are used for this functionality.
  • (CHAT-3500)

  • Workflow now provides a sample strategy (through options async-chat-x-outbound-strategy and async-chat-x-outbound-queue) for handling new outbound interactions for messaging channels, such as WhatsApp, Apple Business Chat, and others. (CHAT-3499)
