Manage Attachments

To manage attachments for Standard Responses:

1. Select a category.
2. Select a Standard Response.
3. Click Attachments.

   

4. The Edit Attachments pop-up opens.
   • To add an attachment, click Attach.
   • To download an attachment, select it, then click Download. This downloads the file to your environment.
   • To remove an attachment, select it, then click Delete.

Warning for structured messages

Removing media from a structured message

1. Edit the standard response.
2. Go to the Structured Body tab.
3. Select Media Origin in the drop-down menu, Media Origin with your name for WhatsApp.
4. Select Notification in the drop-down menu Media Origin Type.
5. Find in the JSON Part block with Key-Value Pair: “index”=1. In the same section you can find Key-Value Pair “name” = ”Media file name”, where Media file name - is your file name.
6. Click Edit JSON to open the Structured Standard Response window.

7. In the Header section for Media type you can select other type of Media content if you need. And click button Upload File/Image/Video for download new media content file. 8. Click Save for Notification template. 9. Click Save for Standard Response. 10. Click Attachments for open Edit Attachments window. 11. Find and select your Media file name from 5 in the table. 12. Click Delete for deleted your Media file name. 13. Click Ok for approve delete in Delete window

If Warning window will not be presented, then you deleted attachment that did not have link to Structured view.

14. Close Edit Attachments window.

Notification You can previous download need attachments to your PC before deleting them from Edit Attachment windows.
