Manage Attachments
To manage attachments for Standard Responses:
- Select a category.
- Select a Standard Response.
- Click Attachments.
- The Edit Attachments pop-up opens.
- To add an attachment, click Attach.
- To download an attachment, select it, then click Download. This downloads the file to your environment.
- To remove an attachment, select it, then click Delete.

Removing media from a structured message
- Edit the standard response.
- Go to the Structured Body tab.
- Select Media Origin in the drop-down menu, Media Origin with your name for WhatsApp.
- Select Notification in the drop-down menu Media Origin Type.
- In the JSON Part block, locate the key-value pair index:=1. In the same section, you can find key-value pair name=<Media file name>, where Media file name is your file name.
- Click Edit JSON to open the Structured Standard Response window.
- In the Header section for Media type you can select other type of Media content if you need. And click the Upload File/Image/Video button to download a new media content file.
- Click Save for Notification template.
- Click Save for Standard Response.
- Click Attachments to open the Edit Attachments window.
- Select a media file in the table.
- Click Delete to delete the required media file.
- Click Ok to confirm deletion in the Delete window. If the Warning window does not appear, then you deleted attachment that did not have link to the Structured view.
- Close the Edit Attachments window.
Notification You can previous download need attachments to your PC before deleting them from Edit Attachment windows.
