What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Digital Messaging Server (DMS) version 9.1.003.12 is now supported. (CBP-664)
• A special API method now permits the uploading of file attachments to Universal Contact Server (UCS) without sending a chat notice. (CBP-656)
• Reliability has been improved when delivering reporting events to Kafka in cases where Kafka disconnects temporarily. (CBP-518)

This release contains the following resolved issues:

An issue in High Availability (HA) mode where bot sessions could be lost if a backup BGS was started while the primary BGS was processing bot sessions has been fixed. (CBP-667)
