Gplus Adapters

The Gplus Adapters is a software solution that provides seamless integration between an outside software application and Genesys solutions. This combination brings together leading software applications and Genesys' contact center solutions.

Contact Oracle regarding the current support status for Siebel 7.5 and Siebel 7.7. Genesys cannot provide adapter maintenance for use with Siebel products that are no longer supported by Oracle.
