Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Removed doubled count of Co-browse sessions during interaction in interaction data. Issue was introduced in Co-browse WDE Plugin v. 9.0.005.44 (CB-7542)
CEFSharp (Chromium Embedded Framework) version updated to a newest stable 86.0.241.0 version. (CB-7540)
Fixed problem of getting reporting data from transfered voice interaction, where base voice interaction data is not compatible with transfered interaction data. (CB-7532)
Internal. White stripe in agent view when CB session is ended. (CB-7502)
This version of Co-browse plug-in is compatible with possibility to generate GCXI Co-browse reports against multi-site voice interactions. To have GCXI Co-browse reporting fully supported reports for multi-site voice interactions, there is a need to implement that in GIM side and currently it is in progress. (CB-7433)
