What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Support for Windows Server 2019. See the Genesys Co-browse page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems. (CB-7591)
• Added a special configuration option to define custom Interaction ID field name in user attached data from which It will be taken for reporting instead of standard mechanism. Base algorithm still should be used if custom field is not present in attached data. It can be set in WDE configuration as [cobrowse]/customInteractionId=<DataFieldName> (CB-7575)

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

Added two new options ([cobrowse]/proxyLogin, [cobrowse]/proxyPassword) for proxy credentials in WDE configuration. Other proxy settings were not changed and should be set via Windows system proxy setting. (CB-7529)
