Valid Values: An integer greater or equal to 0
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart


Specifies the time threshold in milliseconds to finish closing stream. Once the threshold is reached, a warning will be raised and the worker thread is counted into stuck threads. Default is 0, meaning no check for closing stream.
