Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issue:
On deployments where agents are dynamically added to agent groups, it is possible that the backup adapter is not loading other agents (agents already present in agent groups) and as a result statistics are not requested for not loaded agents upon HA switch over of the adapter. This may prevent Contact Center Advisor from correctly reporting some of the statistics such as Staffed Agents in Queues if agents are repeated across agent groups associated to the queues. (GEN-3078)
