- This release includes important security fixes related to the Apache Log4j vulnerability (CVE-2021-44832). In particular, the Apache Log4j version included with Genesys Knowledge Center CMS has been upgraded to 2.17.1. (GKC-3329)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
You can now delete the categories from Genesys Knowledge Center CMS for single-language knowledge bases. Previously, in single-language Knowledge Bases, the CMS would display a Category not found error message when deleting a category.(GKC-3330)
