Media Control Platform (MCP) no longer sends Speech Synthesis Markup Language (SSML) prolog to Google Text-to-Speech to save the cost. Also, MCP now supports all the attributes of the <voice> tag per < voice> in Google Cloud SSML. (GVP-45654)
