About the eServices User's Guide

In release 8.1.4, the contents of the eServices User's Guide were redistributed among the Administrator's Guide, Knowledge Manager User's Guide, Interaction Properties Reference Manual, Multi-tenancy and Load Balancing Guide, and Integrated Capture Points Guide (the latter also includes information transferred from the eServices Deployment Guide). You can still also access the 8.1 User's Guide for releases prior to 8.1.4.
