This release of Genesys Administrator Extension supports the following Language Packs. Consult the Language Pack release notes for information on changes to the Language Pack that may affect the functionality of Genesys Administrator Extension.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

In a Person's Accessible Objects tab, the Access Group and Aggregate/Self drop-down lists are now wide enough to allow room for localized text entries without overlapping. (GAX-8111)

This release of GAX fixes display problems in the Arabic localization of GAX, as follows:

  • Text characters in the About Genesys Administrator Extension window now appear in the proper order. (GAX-8109)
  • Navigation breadcrumbs now appear with text characters in the proper order. (GAX-8090)
  • In the list of Transaction objects in Operational Parameter Measurement (OPM) parenthesized items now appear correctly, with the parentheses forming a matched pair, like this—( ). Previously, the opening parenthesis was replaced by a closing parenthesis, and the enclosing parentheses appeared like this—) ). (GAX-7854)

You can now save an Agent when Place information is entered using the keyboard, or from the drop-down list of Places. Previously, GAX would let you save an Agent only if the Place information was selected from the drop-down list. (GAX-8084 [GAX-8078])

Upgrade Notes

No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.000.80.
