Genesys Info Mart Manager

The Genesys Info Mart query that calculates aggregation delays for the Genesys Info Mart Manager ETL Status view might take a very long time to execute. As a result, Genesys Info Mart Manager might time out.

Interoperability with Genesys Administrator Extension (GAX):
- Genesys Info Mart Manager 8.5 releases earlier than 8.5.010 require GAX 8.5 releases earlier than GAX 8.5.270.06.
- Genesys Info Mart Manager releases 8.5.010 and higher require GAX 8.5.270.06 or higher.
- Genesys Info Mart Manager release 8.5.010 is the minimum release you can use with GAX release 8.5.270.06 or higher.

Do not use Genesys Info Mart Manager in deployments with PostgreSQL DBMS. Because of a limitation documented in the Genesys Info Mart Release Notes (GIM-10582), Genesys Info Mart Manager does not display job history in such deployments.

During installation of the Genesys Info Mart Manager plug-in, the installation wizard requires you to provide a destination directory.
Ensure that the destination directory is different from the one where Genesys Administrator Extension (GAX) is installed.
The installation wizard installs the Genesys Info Mart Manager plug-in into the destination directory, and then copies the plug-in jar file
into the GAX ..\webapp\WEB-INF\lib directory.

For all Genesys Info Mart Manager 8.5 releases, the minimum recommended release of Genesys Administrator Extension is 8.5.1.
When Daylight Savings Time (DST) is selected on Genesys Administrator releases earlier than 8.5.1, the time is displayed incorrectly (the displayed time is one hour behind the correct time). To work around this issue, select User Preferences / Locale / Use local.
