What's New

This release contains the following new feature or enhancement:

• Support for the following operating systems. See the Framework page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems.
  • Oracle Linux 7 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel (UEK) 4.x
  • SUSE Linux Enterprise 12
• As of 04/26/19, Message Server supports Oracle 18c database with Oracle client 12.x. You can choose to use the alternative version of Oracle client as described in the Database Connectivity Guide.
• As of 05/28/2019, Message Server supports Oracle 18c RAC database.
