WFM Daemon now sends a single time-off notification once when agents have schedules on two different sites for the same dates. Previously, WFM Daemon continually sent duplicate time-off notifications if an agent created schedules on different sites with the same dates and other rare circumstances existed. (WFM-27356)

When the connection to WFM Server is unreliable, WFM Daemon now attempts to reconnect to Server by sending repeated requests, until it connects successfully. Previously, in certain situations, WFM Daemon stopped sending notifications if there were connectivity issues with WFM Server. (WFM-27183)
