What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• When the disable-vag-calculation parameter is set to true in the Configuration Server (single tenant), Genesys Administrator Extension (GAX) communicates with the Virtual Agent Group (VAG) Calculation Service configured in GAX. It then performs the VAG calculation and displays Agents who belong to VAGs in Agent Groups, Persons, and Agent Dashboard. (GAX-10646)
