When enabled, improves performance for rule packages using Business Calendars by enabling an in-memory cache.
If you are using the deprecated feature that allowed dynamic configuration of holidays, and so on, only for the duration of a rule execution, then enabling this caching feature will cause those dynamic configurations to apply across rules. Please confirm that this is acceptable behavior before enabling caching.

What's New
This release includes the following new features and enhancements:
- Business Calendar Caching—A new feature has been added that improves performance for rule packages using Business Calendars by enabling an in-memory cache. This is enabled (true) or disabled (false) using the new configuration option cache-business-calendars. This configuration option is dynamic, so the feature can be enabled or disabled without restarting GRE.
- ImportantIf you are using the deprecated feature that allowed dynamic configuration of holidays, and so on, only for the duration of a rule execution, then enabling this caching feature will cause those dynamic configurations to apply across rules. Please confirm that this is acceptable behavior before enabling caching.
