What's New

This release includes the following new features and enhancements:

• Starting with this release, a strict privilege enforcement has been added for accessing the RPT API endpoints. Previously, if a user doesn't have privileges to view the reports, the options to generate the report were not shown in the GAX UI, however, if they accessed the same through the API endpoint, they received the result.

  For this enforcement, a new option enablePrivilegeCheck is added in the gvp-rpt section which when set to true controls whether the user privilege is enforced for API calls. By default, this option is set to false.

  If the gvp-rpt section is not created already, you can create a section in the GAX object.
  The GVP Sites Report Access privilege is needed to identify the connected Reporting Server in the GAX object. Ensure that the user is granted with the required gvp-rpt specific privileges.
