Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issue:
Previously, an issue on Advisors Genesys Adapter (AGA) could occasionally prevent Contact Center Advisor (CCAdv) from correctly reporting some of the statistics, such as Staffed Agents in Queues, when agents were members of multiple agent groups associated with the queues. This issue occurred only on deployments where agents were dynamically added to agent groups and only when a High Availability switchover to the backup AGA occurred. The issue is fixed in this release. (GEN-3078)
