Upload DNs

If you have already have a list of DNs, or have provisioned DNs in Genesys Administrator or Configuration Manager, you can use the Upload function to import the DNs into Feature Server.

1. Create a comma-separated values (CSV) file in the format Phone number,Record state,Mailbox number,DN type (example: 12345,Active,912345,Internal). The value for record state is Active, Inactive, or Deleted. The value for DN type is Internal or InternalRemote.
2. Log into the Feature Server administration Web application as an administrator (<Feature Server IP address>:<port>/fs/admin).
3. Click DNs > Upload.
4. To add DNs without updating the existing values, uncheck Update existing DNs.
5. To upload a set of DNs, click Upload DNs and select the CSV file you created above. The results of the upload appear below.
