The API Reference documents for Platform SDK are included with your installation, on the Developer Documentation CD, or available for download from this page.

Please note that the API Reference document included with your installation may not be the most up-to-date version. For access to the latest additions, corrections, and clarifications you should download the latest files here and update your local copies as necessary.

Tip

CHM Troubleshooting: Having problems opening your .NET API Reference? If you see a "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" message when you open a CHM file that was downloaded using Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

1. Close the CHM file if you currently have it open.
2. Locate the downloaded file on your machine.
3. Right-click on the file, and select Properties.
4. Click the Unblock button.
5. Click OK to save this change.

When you open the CHM after making this change, the reference material should appear correctly.
